Return Policy

Each Chic Invite invitation is created to your personal requirements, so our policy reflects that. Please read it before ordering.

1. Digital Invitations

As soon as your final design is delivered and your order is complete, digital invitations are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the design is materially different from what you approved, or contains an error we failed to correct.

2. If Something Is Wrong With Your Design

We want you to be happy with what you receive. If your final file has a genuine error — a misspelled name, wrong date, wrong venue, missing element you asked for, or a design that is clearly not the layout you approved — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it free of charge.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you wish to cancel before work begins, or the design cannot be delivered for a reason on our side, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Situations Where We Cannot Refund

You have already received the final design files.
You simply changed your mind about colours, wording or layout after two rounds of revisions were used.
A major redesign is requested after approval, which counts as a new order.
Missing or incorrect information (names, date, venue, phone number) was provided by you.
Delay caused by delayed responses from your side.
Changes of heart about the occasion after the design is delivered.

5. Print and Physical Products

If we arrange printing or physical delivery for you:

Report a damaged or incorrect print within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photographs.
Print colours may vary slightly from the digital preview because of screen and paper differences. This is not treated as a defect.
Physical products once delivered cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are faulty.

6. Wrong or Undelivered Files

If we deliver to the wrong number or email, or the files cannot be opened, contact us immediately and we will resend them at no cost.

7. How to Raise a Request

Send us a message on WhatsApp +91-96678 00099 or email care@chicinvite.com with your order number, the issue described, and any screenshots. We respond within 2 working days.

8. Chargebacks

Please talk to us first. We settle genuine claims quickly, and an unresolved dispute raised directly with your bank usually takes longer to resolve.
