1. About Us
Chic Invite is a digital invitation design studio. We create customised wedding, birthday, baby shower, festival and corporate invitations, and provide digital invitation website services.
2. Orders and Confirmation
- An order is confirmed only after we receive full payment.
- Design work begins once we have all required content — names, date, time, venue and wording.
- If details are missing, we will contact you on WhatsApp. The design will not be started until they are provided.
- Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
3. Customisation and Revisions
- Every design is customised to your brief, so previews are indicative and the final file may vary slightly in spacing, alignment or colour rendering depending on your device.
- Two rounds of minor revisions (text corrections, small spacing or colour tweaks) are included with every order.
- Additional revisions, or complete redesigns, may be chargeable and require written confirmation before work continues.
- Major layout changes requested after the first preview may affect delivery timelines.
4. Delivery
- Digital invitations are delivered on WhatsApp or by email, usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete content.
- Rush delivery is available on request and may carry an additional charge.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as network issues, or an incorrect phone number or email address provided by you.
5. Your Content and Rights
- You confirm that all names, photographs, logos, wording and other material you send us are yours to use, and that you have permission from anyone depicted or named.
- You grant us a licence to use that material solely to create and deliver your invitation.
- We may showcase the finished design in our portfolio or on social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Payment
- We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Any dispute relating to a payment transaction must first be raised with them.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Because each invitation is created to your personal requirements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy. Please read it before ordering.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, templates, illustrations and site content created by Chic Invite remain our intellectual property.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the final delivered design for your own event. You may not resell, redistribute or use our designs commercially or as templates for resale.
- We may claim removal of any unauthorised commercial use of our designs.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use our site or services for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
10. Disclaimer
The site and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We take care with every design, but we do not warrant that colours, fonts or animations will render identically on every device, browser or app.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chic Invite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, missed events or loss of opportunity, arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or a new order after changes are published means you accept them.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
