We specialize in creating beautifully personalized digital wedding invitations. As our work is highly customized and digital, we kindly ask all clients to review our return and refund policy before booking.

🔸 1. No Refund on Advance Payment
All advance payments made to begin the design process are non-refundable. This secures your slot, covers concept planning, and initial creative work.

🔸 2. Personalized Digital Products
All our invites are tailor-made for each client. Since these are digital and customized, returns and refunds are not applicable once the design process begins.

🔸 3. Revisions Included
We offer single free revision rounds on your invite in pdf format after the first draft. This ensures your final design is just how you imagined it. Additional revisions may incur a small fee. In case you need additional slides or multiple versions, like separate for bride/ groom, or one version with only certain functions, another will all functions, it will be chargable extra depends on quote.

🔸 4. Cancellations
In case of project cancellation after the advance is paid but before the draft is shared, the amount remains non-refundable. However, in special cases, we may offer a credit note — subject to approval.

🔸 5. Final Delivery
Once your final digital file is approved and delivered, no further changes or refunds can be processed and Also we won’t share original files or editable files.

🔸 6. Shipping Policy
Chic Invites only provides digital products.

• All designs are delivered via email or WhatsApp in high-quality digital formats (JPEG, MP4, PDF, etc.).
• There are no physical shipments or delivery charges.
• First drafts are usually shared within 7–10 business days after receiving your inputs and also sometimes it take more time as mentioned earlier because of customisation.
• Final delivery is made once you approve the design.
